Terra Classic (LUNC) price in focus as Terraform Labs sues Jane Street

    • Terraform lawsuit vs Jane Street puts Terra Classic (LUNC) in focus.
    • Terra Classic (LUNC) shows technical resilience, eyeing $0.00003925 short-term.
    • 2026 price range is expected to be between $0.0000242 and $0.000510.

The price of Terra Classic (LUNC) has been under the spotlight as legal tensions surrounding its parent company, Terraform Labs, continue to unfold.

Investors are watching closely after news emerged that the administrator overseeing the wind-down of Terraform Labs has sued trading firm Jane Street.

The lawsuit alleges the trading firm used non-public information from Terraform insiders to profit ahead of the collapse of TerraUSD in May 2022.

This legal move adds a new layer of uncertainty for LUNC holders.

Many remember that the original Terra blockchain was rebranded as Terra Classic after the collapse, while a new Terra 2.0 network was launched.

LUNC now trades at around $0.00003509, down roughly 46% over the past year, with a circulating supply of approximately 5.47 trillion coins.

    Jane Street charges

The lawsuit centres on allegations that Jane Street gained access to confidential data through back channels.

This allegedly allowed the firm to strategically withdraw significant amounts of UST from liquidity pools just minutes after Terraform executed internal moves.

The complaint claims these trades contributed to the broader collapse of the stablecoin and accelerated losses for Terraform’s creditors.

Jane Street has denied the allegations, calling the claims baseless and emphasising that the market turmoil was driven by internal mismanagement within Terraform.

Legal observers note that the case could have implications not only for the firms involved but also for market perception around LUNC and other related assets.

    LUNC price analysis

Despite its turbulent history, LUNC has shown some resilience.

The coin has been trading in a range of $0.0000343 to $0.00003516 over the past 24 hours, reflecting a small degree of stability.

Analysts like For-Exx Kripto note that the coin has remained inside a flag formation, though the pattern recently experienced a slight break.

This break could have signalled a sharp decline, yet LUNC did not fall dramatically.

This can be interpreted as a bullish signal in the short term, suggesting that a price attempt toward $0.00003925 could be on the horizon.

While the coin remains far from its historical highs, such technical patterns provide hints about potential upward momentum despite broader market challenges.

Trading volume has also been modest, with about $8.9 million changing hands in the last 24 hours.

    Terra Classic price prediction

Looking ahead, analysts project that LUNC could trade within a wide range in 2026.

The minimum expected level is around $0.0000242, while the maximum target could reach $0.000510 by the end of the year.

Key levels to watch include support near the $0.000024 mark, which may act as a floor in case of market weakness.

Resistance lies around $0.000510, representing a potential upside target for traders seeking gains.

Short-term moves toward $0.00003925 could also provide intermediate targets, especially if the market reacts positively to technical signals or news from ongoing legal developments.

Kiyosaki defends Bitcoin and warns Wall Street as crypto volatility returns

    • Kiyosaki accused Wall Street of promoting paper assets that benefit insiders.
    • He said gold, silver, and Bitcoin provide value outside institutional control.
    • His Bitcoin forecast puts the price at $250,000 by 2026.

As volatility grips the crypto market again, Rich Dad Poor Dad author Robert Kiyosaki has stepped up in defence of Bitcoin and decentralised assets.

Amid renewed price swings and public doubt over digital currencies, Kiyosaki argued that Bitcoin remains a hedge against centralised financial systems and inflation.

He described it as “people’s money,” contrasting it with what he calls “fake money” issued by the US Federal Reserve and Treasury.

While Warren Buffett’s past criticisms labelling Bitcoin as “gambling” resurfaced online, it was Kiyosaki’s response that reignited debate across financial communities.

His message was clear: the fault lies not with crypto, but with a broken fiat system that he believes Wall Street continues to uphold.

Fiat risks and distrust in institutions

Kiyosaki has long rejected the idea that centralised institutions should be the backbone of wealth.

In his view, the real danger to investors is not Bitcoin’s volatility, but the ongoing reliance on a system driven by inflation and debt.

He warned that assets like stocks and bonds, frequently promoted by institutional investors, are just as vulnerable to collapse.

According to him, the core issue is trust. While traditional markets claim to offer safety, Kiyosaki sees them as tools that enrich the powerful while exposing regular people to risk.

This, he argues, is why decentralised assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum are gaining ground—they provide financial autonomy in an unstable environment.

He classifies gold and silver as “God’s money” and Bitcoin as “people’s money,” highlighting their independence from government control and printing presses.

With Bitcoin capped at 21 million coins, Kiyosaki says it offers protection that fiat currencies simply cannot match.

Kiyosaki’s challenge to the financial establishment

As Wall Street continues to sell institutional products, Kiyosaki is urging people to reconsider what really holds value.

He questioned how long investors can trust paper-based assets in a world where central banks can print currency without limits.

He emphasised that real-world necessities cannot be replaced with financial abstractions.

“You cannot live in a paper house, drive using paper fuel, or eat paper food,” he wrote, pointing to the artificial nature of fiat-based wealth.

By comparison, assets like Bitcoin offer a limited-supply, decentralised alternative that he believes is better suited to survive economic instability.

    Bitcoin prediction and market direction

Amid the broader market uncertainty, Kiyosaki has also made a bold forecast. He predicts Bitcoin could reach $250,000 by 2026, a significant rise from its current level around $95,600.

While this projection is speculative, it aligns with his belief that decentralised assets will outperform as trust in fiat continues to erode.

Though Warren Buffett’s view of Bitcoin as speculative persists, Kiyosaki’s message offers a pointed challenge to the financial status quo.

His comments reflect a growing shift in investor sentiment, where control, transparency, and scarcity are seen as more valuable than institutional assurance.

BNB sets altcoin market abuzz amid major Wall Street treasury bets

BNB hits a new all-time high

    • BNB price rallied to new all-time highs amid major institutional interest.
    • After Nano Labs earlier in the day, CEA Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: VAPE) and 10X Capital are eyeing up to $1.25 billion to buy BNB.
    • Initiative could see BNB price explode in coming days.

BNB price soared to a new all-time high of $859 on Monday as an unprecedented institutional interest and strategic corporate investment bet in the digital asset emerged.

With Nano Labs doubling down on BNB earlier in the week, it was another Wall Street firm that added to the frenzy of publicly traded companies eyeing BNB.

That initiative is the plan to raise up to $1.25 billion for BNB by CEA Industries Inc. and 10X Capital – backed by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao’s YZi Labs.

BNB price hovered around $847 at the time of writing.

CEA Industries and 10X Capital’s takes bold BNB bet

On Friday, CEA Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: VAPE) and 10X Capital, backed by YZi Labs, announced a $500 million private placement.

The companies are looking to establish the largest publicly-listed BNB treasury company in the U.S.

The deal, which could reach $1.25 billion with exercised warrants, aims to acquire substantial BNB holdings, and will offer institutional and retail investors exposure to the BNB Chain ecosystem.

Led by David Namdar, co-founder of Galaxy Digital, and Russell Read, former chief investment officer of CalPERS, the initiative comes as BNB stands out.

The coin’s surge to a new all-time high puts these plans into sharper focus, bringing more attention to the cryptocurrency.

“Treasury companies have proven to be the cleanest, most transparent gateway for institutions to access digital assets. With BNB powering hundreds of millions of users globally, this marks the right time for a well-capitalized BNB treasury company to enter the U.S. market,” said Hans Thomas, founder and CEO of 10X Capital.

The PIPE has attracted over 140 subscribers, with both institutional and crypto-natives joining in.

Apart from YZi Labs, others are Pantera Capital, GSR, Borderless, Arrington Capital, Blockchain.com, Kenetic, and Protocol Ventures.

BNB, SOL, and XRP gains amid treasury strategies

BNB’s price surge aligns with broader market enthusiasm for digital asset treasuries.

Trading at $847 with a 4.6% daily gain and $3.9 billion in trading volume, BNB is eyeing a potential breakout to $1,000 or higher.

Much of the upside comes amid a surge in BNB treasury commitments- efforts also seen across Solana, XRP and Ethereum.

For BNB, such efforts include Nano Labs and Windtree Therapeutics, which recently revealed a $700 million commitment towards a BNB treasury strategy.

Elsewhere, VivoPower International has launched an XRP-focused treasury, while Upexi and DeFi Development Corp have its eyes on SOL as a treasury asset.
